Mouse transcription factors and their targets can be searched. ENCODE derived data were analyzed at RIKEN institute by Kawakami etal (http://www.wpgsa.org). Their data was further analyzed to create a list of mouse transcription factors and their presence in the -1000 to +200 region of transcription start site (TSS) of a target gene.
